- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until just al dente and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef or sausage with Italian seasoning and garlic. Drain the fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, meat, pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella, and parmesan.
- Layer half of the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Add toppings like pepperoni or veggies. Add the remaining pasta mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
