Method
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil. Mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and season the turkey generously.
- Place the turkey breast in the Air Fryer basket, skin-side up. Make sure there's room for air circulation.
- Cook for 25–30 minutes per pound (about 1 hour for a 4–5 lb breast), flipping halfway through.
- Check with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from Air Fryer and rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Bone-in turkey breasts work great too; just increase the cook time slightly. Don’t skip the resting time – it’s key to juicy slices! Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days and use them in sandwiches, soups, or tacos.
