Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 Turkey Breast 4–6 pounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper or to taste
Optional Herbs
  • rosemary fresh or dried
  • thyme fresh or dried
  • sage fresh or dried

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Meat Thermometer

Method

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil. Mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and season the turkey generously.
  4. Place the turkey breast in the Air Fryer basket, skin-side up. Make sure there's room for air circulation.
  5. Cook for 25–30 minutes per pound (about 1 hour for a 4–5 lb breast), flipping halfway through.
  6. Check with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from Air Fryer and rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Bone-in turkey breasts work great too; just increase the cook time slightly. Don’t skip the resting time – it’s key to juicy slices! Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days and use them in sandwiches, soups, or tacos.
