- Pat the chicken breasts dry. Brush with olive oil and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Brush the maple glaze over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, not overlapping. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
