Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
Maple Glaze
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Brush

Method

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry. Brush with olive oil and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Brush the maple glaze over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, not overlapping. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Try adding chili flakes to the glaze for spice, or a touch of rosemary for a herby twist. Perfect for leftovers—slice over salad, rice, or waffles!
