- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) to ensure even cooking.
- Place the eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not stack.
- Cook the eggs for 15 minutes for jammy yolks. For firmer yolks, go up to 16 minutes.
- Immediately transfer cooked eggs into an ice bath or run under cold tap water for 1–2 minutes.
- Peel the eggs gently. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, or seasonings as desired.

Don’t skip the ice bath — it’s key to stopping the cooking and achieving that perfect creamy yolk. Feel free to season creatively: smoked paprika, za’atar, or a drizzle of olive oil work beautifully.
