Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. Place the eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not stack.
  3. Cook the eggs for 15 minutes for jammy yolks. For firmer yolks, go up to 16 minutes.
  4. Immediately transfer cooked eggs into an ice bath or run under cold tap water for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Peel the eggs gently. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, or seasonings as desired.

Don’t skip the ice bath — it’s key to stopping the cooking and achieving that perfect creamy yolk. Feel free to season creatively: smoked paprika, za’atar, or a drizzle of olive oil work beautifully.
