- Line your air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper.
- Spoon small dollops (1–2 teaspoons each) of cottage cheese onto the parchment, leaving space between each.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices or flavorings.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before removing and serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 48 hours. For a dessert version, try adding cinnamon, vanilla, or cocoa powder to the cottage cheese before cooking.
