  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Line your air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Spoon small dollops (1–2 teaspoons each) of cottage cheese onto the parchment, leaving space between each.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices or flavorings.
  4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Let cool slightly before removing and serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 48 hours. For a dessert version, try adding cinnamon, vanilla, or cocoa powder to the cottage cheese before cooking.
