  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric

  • Fresh veggies lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions
  • Pickled turnips or pickles
  • Garlic sauce or tahini sauce

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place the chicken in a single layer in the basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  3. While the chicken cooks, slice your veggies and prepare tortillas or flatbreads. Make sure your sauce is ready.
  4. Assemble the wrap: Spread sauce on the wrap, add chicken and veggies, then fold and roll tightly. Serve warm.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for juicier texture. Warm wraps before filling for easier folding. Store leftovers separately to keep wraps fresh.
