- In a small microwave-safe bowl or ramekin, whisk together softened cream cheese, pumpkin purée, sweetener, egg, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds, checking halfway to ensure even cooking. If needed, add 10-15 seconds more.
- Let it cool slightly, then top with whipped cream or your favorite toppings. Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
You can swap the egg with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt for an egg-free version. Also try caramel drizzle, nuts, or chocolate chips for fun flavor variations!
