Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place cold ground chicken breast between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Use a rolling pin to flatten the meat into a very thin, even layer.
- Lightly score the surface into chip-sized pieces with a knife (optional).
- Sprinkle with optional seasonings like garlic powder or chili powder if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes or until golden, dry, and crispy.
- Let cool completely to allow chips to harden. Break apart and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container. Re-crisp in the oven if needed. Great with dips like Greek yogurt, BBQ sauce, or guacamole.
