For the White Garlic Sauce:

  • ½ cup sour cream 🥛
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning 🌿
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
  • ½ tsp black pepper 🌿

Toppings:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
  • ½ cup dill pickles, thinly sliced 🥒
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese 🧀
  • ½ tsp dried oregano 🌿
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️

Instructions

  • Preheat oven – Set to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  • Prepare the dough – Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Make the sauce – In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Spread evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Assemble the pizza – Sprinkle mozzarella over the sauce, then evenly distribute sliced pickles. Top with parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
