For the White Garlic Sauce:
- ½ cup sour cream 🥛
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning 🌿
- 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
- ½ tsp black pepper 🌿
Toppings:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
- ½ cup dill pickles, thinly sliced 🥒
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese 🧀
- ½ tsp dried oregano 🌿
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
Instructions
- Preheat oven – Set to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Prepare the dough – Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Make the sauce – In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Spread evenly over the pizza dough.
