  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend) 🥩
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix 🧅
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs 🌾
  • 2 large eggs 🥚
  • ½ cup ketchup 🍅
  • ½ cup water or milk 🥛
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper 🌿

For the Glaze (Optional):

  • ¼ cup ketchup 🍅
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar 🍯
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven – Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix ingredients – In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, water (or milk), Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Shape the meatloaf – Form into a loaf shape and place on the baking sheet (or in a loaf pan).
  • Bake – Cook for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). If using a glaze, spread it on top during the last 15 minutes of baking.
