Ingredients

  • πŸ— 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • πŸ§‚ 1 tsp salt
  • 🌿 Β½ tsp black pepper
  • 🌢️ 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • πŸ§„ Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • 🍯 ΒΌ cup honey
  • 🌢️ 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • πŸ₯„ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 🧈 1 tbsp butter
  • πŸ«’ 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 7–9 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5–7 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter, then add honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir and let simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the pan, spooning the glaze over the thighs. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
