These soft, buttery dinner rolls are perfect when you need fresh bread in a hurry! Made without yeast, they are light, fluffy, and ready in under 30 minutes.

- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour πΎ
- 1 tbsp baking powder π₯
- Β½ tsp baking soda
- Β½ tsp salt π§
- 2 tbsp sugar π
- Β½ cup (120ml) buttermilk π₯
- ΒΌ cup (60ml) melted butter π§
- 1 egg π₯
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, melted butter, and egg.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Lightly flour your hands and shape the dough into 8β10 equal balls.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15β18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra butter or honey!
