Description

This creamy, crunchy Dessert Snickers Salad is a quick, no-bake treat made with tart apples, fluffy whipped topping, and rich Snickers bars. It’s the ultimate potluck crowd-pleaser and comes together in minutes perfect for busy days, sweet cravings, or last-minute dessert ideas!

Ingredients

Scale

🥣 Cream Base

  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip or 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)

🍏 Fruit & Candy

  • 6 Granny Smith apples, chopped (reserve 1 for garnish)
  • 6 Snickers bars, chopped (reserve 1 for garnish)

🍯 Optional Topping

  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Make the Pudding Base
In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.

  • Fold in the Whipped Cream
Gently fold in Cool Whip or freshly whipped cream until fully incorporated and fluffy.

  • Add Apples and Snickers
Chop apples and Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the pudding mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  • Garnish & Chill
Transfer the salad to a serving dish. Top with the reserved chopped apple and Snickers pieces. Drizzle with caramel sauce if using. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • To prevent apples from browning, toss them in a little lemon juice before mixing.
  • Want a bit more crunch? Add crushed pretzels or chopped peanuts on top.
  • This dish is best served within 24 hours but can be made the night before.

  • Use firm apples like Honeycrisp or Fuji if you prefer something sweeter than Granny Smith.
