Ingredients
🥣 Cream Base
- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 8 ounces Cool Whip or 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
🍏 Fruit & Candy
- 6 Granny Smith apples, chopped (reserve 1 for garnish)
- 6 Snickers bars, chopped (reserve 1 for garnish)
🍯 Optional Topping
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Make the Pudding Base
In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.Fold in the Whipped Cream
Gently fold in Cool Whip or freshly whipped cream until fully incorporated and fluffy.Add Apples and Snickers
Chop apples and Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the pudding mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Garnish & Chill
Transfer the salad to a serving dish. Top with the reserved chopped apple and Snickers pieces. Drizzle with caramel sauce if using. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- To prevent apples from browning, toss them in a little lemon juice before mixing.
