- Chili Paste or Hot Sauce: 1-2 tablespoons (adjust based on spice tolerance)

Preparing the Ingredients
- Cook the Rice: Prepare the rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Dice the Vegetables: Chop the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
- Season the Chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with a mixture of salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
Cooking the Chicken
- Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
