A deliciously simple honey-glazed chicken recipe thatβs both sweet and savory! This dish features tender chicken coated in a rich honey-soy sauce with a touch of garlic and a hint of spice. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, served over rice or with roasted veggies!

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces) π
- 2 tbsp olive oil π«
- 3 tbsp honey π―
- 2 tbsp soy sauce πΏ
- 1 tsp minced garlic π§
- Β½ tsp ground ginger β¨
- Β½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice) πΆοΈ
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- Salt and pepper to taste π§
- Sesame seeds & chopped green onions for garnish π±
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, stirring continuously.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Simmer for another 2 minutes until the sauce is thick and glossy.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over rice or with your favorite side dish!
