  • 2 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’
  • 3 tbsp honey 🍯
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 🌿
  • 1 tsp minced garlic πŸ§„
  • Β½ tsp ground ginger ✨
  • Β½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice) 🌢️
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • Salt and pepper to taste πŸ§‚
  • Sesame seeds & chopped green onions for garnish 🌱

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from pan.
  • In the same pan, add honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, stirring continuously.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce.
  • Simmer for another 2 minutes until the sauce is thick and glossy.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over rice or with your favorite side dish!
