Instructions
- Marinate the chicken β In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, pickle juice, and milk. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Season β Drain the marinade and pat the chicken dry. Toss with powdered sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Cook the nuggets β Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165Β°F).
- Let rest β Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes to lock in juices.
