- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
- ½ cup Caesar dressing 🥗
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese 🧀
- ½ tsp garlic powder 🧄
- ½ tsp black pepper 🌿
- ½ tsp salt 🧂
- ½ tsp paprika (optional for color) 🌶️
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional) 🧀
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
Instructions
- Preheat oven – Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season the chicken – Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the Caesar coating – Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the chicken, then sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Bake – Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). If adding mozzarella, sprinkle it on during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Garnish & serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or a side salad.
