- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough 🍞
- 4 large eggs, scrambled 🥚
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled 🥓
- ½ cup breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled (optional) 🍖
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
- ½ tsp garlic powder 🧄
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp melted butter 🧈
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish) 🌿
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Evenly spread scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage (if using), and shredded cheese over the dough.
- Roll it up tightly, starting from the long side, and slice into 8–10 rolls.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
