- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough π
- 4 large eggs, scrambled π₯
- Β½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled π₯
- Β½ cup breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled (optional) π
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese π§
- ΒΌ cup shredded mozzarella cheese π§
- Β½ tsp garlic powder π§
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp melted butter π§
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish) πΏ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Evenly spread scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage (if using), and shredded cheese over the dough.
- Roll it up tightly, starting from the long side, and slice into 8β10 rolls.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Bake for 15β18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
