Start your morning right with these Breakfast Pizza Rolls! Loaded with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese, these rolls are perfect for busy mornings or a weekend brunch treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough 🍞
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled 🥚
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled 🥓
  • ½ cup breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled (optional) 🍖
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
  • ½ tsp garlic powder 🧄
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter 🧈
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish) 🌿

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  • Evenly spread scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage (if using), and shredded cheese over the dough.
  • Roll it up tightly, starting from the long side, and slice into 8–10 rolls.
  • Place rolls on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
