  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough 🍞
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled πŸ₯š
  • Β½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled πŸ₯“
  • Β½ cup breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled (optional) πŸ–
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese πŸ§€
  • ΒΌ cup shredded mozzarella cheese πŸ§€
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder πŸ§„
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter 🧈
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish) 🌿

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  • Evenly spread scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage (if using), and shredded cheese over the dough.
  • Roll it up tightly, starting from the long side, and slice into 8–10 rolls.
  • Place rolls on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
