- 1 lb chicken tenders 🍗
- 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- ½ tsp salt 🧂
- ½ tsp black pepper 🌿
- ½ tsp garlic powder 🧄
- ½ tsp paprika 🌶️
For the Apple Honey Glaze:
- 1 cup apple cider 🍏
- ¼ cup honey 🍯
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce 🥢
- ½ tsp cinnamon 🌿
- 1 tbsp butter 🧈
- 1 small apple, finely diced 🍏
Instructions
- Season the chicken – In a bowl, toss chicken tenders with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cook the chicken – Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the glaze – In the same skillet, add apple cider, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and cinnamon. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce & thicken – Add butter and diced apples, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Coat & serve – Return the chicken to the pan, tossing to coat in the glaze. Serve warm with your favorite sides!
