  • Β½ tsp black pepper 🌿
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder πŸ§„
  • Β½ tsp paprika 🌢️

For the Apple Honey Glaze:

  • 1 cup apple cider 🍏
  • ΒΌ cup honey 🍯
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce πŸ₯’
  • Β½ tsp cinnamon 🌿
  • 1 tbsp butter 🧈
  • 1 small apple, finely diced 🍏

Instructions

  • Season the chicken – In a bowl, toss chicken tenders with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Cook the chicken – Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the glaze – In the same skillet, add apple cider, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and cinnamon. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce & thicken – Add butter and diced apples, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
  • Coat & serve – Return the chicken to the pan, tossing to coat in the glaze. Serve warm with your favorite sides!
