This Almond Flour Banana Bread is soft, naturally sweetened, and packed with wholesome ingredients. It’s gluten-free, grain-free, and lower in carbs, making it a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional banana bread!


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed 🍌
  • 3 large eggs 🥚
  • ¼ cup (60ml) maple syrup or honey 🍯
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
  • 2 ½ cups (250g) almond flour 🌰
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 🌿
  • ¼ tsp salt 🧂
  • ¼ cup (60ml) melted coconut oil or butter 🧈🥥
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional) 🍫🌰

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla, and melted coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips, if using.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
